BOOKING

To initiate the booking process, you can explore the properties listed on our website, choose your preferred dates, and click on the booking button. The website will display the total fees that need to be paid. After completing the payment, a confirmation email containing comprehensive details will be sent to you shortly. Please note that the security deposit will be collected during the physical check-in, either in cash or through a credit card transaction. The confirmation email will provide you with the specific calculation of the security deposit.

All payments must be made online through our website, or in certain circumstances, through a payment link provided by our guest relations team. Visa and Mastercard are the accepted card types for payment transactions. Additionally, you have the alternative of using Apple Pay or Google Pay for payment purposes.

Yes, we will collect your security deposit in person, either in cash or by card, upon your arrival and check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out of the property.

CHECK-IN

Upon check-in, a member of our team will be present at the property to welcome you and provide you with one or two sets of keys, depending on the property and the number of guests.

During the check-in process, our aim is to familiarize you with your home away from home. We will guide you on how to make the most of the property, explain the functionality of various amenities, and provide you with a tailored welcome pack to assist you in exploring the city.

To ensure a smooth experience, we will verify your identification and discuss the home rules with you. Our goal is to ensure that you are well-informed about the necessary steps to receive your full deposit refund without any complications. Additionally, we will schedule a check-out time and seek your feedback on your stay at the property.

Our regular check-in time frame is from 2pm to 6pm UAE time. Nevertheless, we are open to accommodating other requests whenever feasible. The more advance notice we receive, the greater the likelihood of adjusting the check-in time to suit your needs.

Our guest relations team will do their best to accommodate your check-in. The earlier you give us notice of your arrival time, the better we can accommodate your request.

DURING YOUR STAY

Prior to guest check-in and after the guest(s) departure, we conduct inventory and take photos of all items. This process is designed to verify that the property is maintained in its original condition for the homeowner’s return.

Our guest relations team is available during office hours to assist you with any additional requirements you may have throughout your stay and available to address any concerns or inquiries you may have regarding the property.

In the event of an emergency, we kindly request that you first contact the appropriate authorities and then notify us accordingly. For urgent maintenance matters that require immediate attention, our emergency number is accessible 24/7.
