In general, a holiday home refers to a furnished, serviced dwelling that is rented on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis, including water, electricity, and internet.

Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing is a government agency in charge of regulating short-term rentals.
Title deed, passport or trade license of the owner, POA docs and passport if there is one, authorisation letter using DTCM template and DEWA bill copy for the unit.
By DTCM law, your property needs to be furnished and meet all the furniture requirements by them. We offer various furniture packages and help to ensure your home is guest-ready and meets all DTCM requirements.
We can issue a permit using the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or Oqood of the unit.
You may stay in your property upon prior notice and subject to availability.
Landlords are responsible for paying utility bills. Upon request, we can pay the landlord's bills on their behalf without additional fees.
While it is unlikely, we take precautions by collecting a security deposit from every guest booking to provide coverage for any potential damage that may arise.
Payouts are issued in the form of a bank transfer at the beginning of each month with a detailed financial report.
